- Coachingsoccer101.com This is a great site for beginner coaches. It also touches on indoor soccer that I haven’t seen as much on the others. They encourage the coaches to get out on the field and experience what the kids are going to experience and I agree having done this, you really learn so much more by hands on learning or should I see, “feet on”?
- Soccerhelp.com Ever have trouble motivating your players? I know I have and I have found that even small rewards help to motivate the players to do their best. This site discusses the merits of giving out Motivational Patches and is a resource for buying them at an inexpensive rate.
- Usyouthsoccer.org Nationwide coverage on everything soccer can be found on this site besides many tips and tricks to train your soccer players. Once you coach them and they do well this site has opportunities for those standout players to go on and achieve more.
- Soccervideos.com/blog While it looks like they don’t post very often on this blog there are many archived stories and videos. Maybe they feel like they have created a resource for new coaches and they aren’t adding new stuff. It is a good source though so worth checking out.

- Jmsoccer10.com/blog An entertaining yet informative blog about all things soccer. There are pod casts, videos and articles to keep things interesting on this blog. There are camps, tips and other contests as well.
- Soccertutor.com I found a great idea for drills for switching play during a game. The article focuses on U11. However there are many other coaching tips and drills that focus on a range of age groups.
- Extremesportsblog.com While all sports are covered in this blog there are some great tips for soccer drills. One article in particular is called How to Use Trapping Effectively. This article claims that after dribbling and passing knowing how to trap effectively is most responsible for winning matches. Check out this blog for more.
